All charger, dispenser and Pressi Twist orders delivered in the United States and Canada are shipped UPS. All shipments from UPS are ground based and we do not offer any other forms of shipment. Shipments with UPS can be tracked easily and they are dependable. You will get a tracking number via email, once your order is shipped and you can track your own shipment by going to: www.UPS.com or type your tracking number directly into Google. Please expect 1-7 Days for delivery for all ground orders. If your package has not arrived and you can not track it, email us and we will work on finding the package. If your package is damaged do not accept delivery.

All parts orders are shipped USPS, at no charge, and do not have a tracking number. If you would like a tracking number then you will have to upgrade your shipping method and pay for the tracking number.

*SPECIAL SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS OUTSIDE THE US and CANADA- All International/APO & FPO delivered orders must be emailed to us prior to placing your order online, since shipping and weight requirements vary. We will let you know via email how much your order will be. Please expect 1-6 Weeks for delivery, depending upon your choice of shipping. Most International orders will be shipped from our sister companies overseas.

Any order placed by 12:00pm Eastern Time will ship the same day, any order placed after 12:00pm Eastern Time will be shipped the next business day

*SPECIAL NOTE* We can only process "Confirmed" shipping addresses through PayPal. We will not ship to unconfirmed addresses. Please be sure to include a contact phone number in the memo section of our shopping cart and in the memo section of the PayPal check out area. PayPal will not supply us with this information and due to the delicate nature of our products it is a requirement from UPS. Also, all orders with out a phone number will not be shipped until we send you an email requesting this information.

RETURN POLICY: ALL sales are FINAL and under no circumstances will we refund any monies, except defective products or damaged packages. You have 10 days to return your damaged or defective product to us. You are entitled to a full refund only if the package has been refused due to a damaged package. If you see that the package is delivered damaged, please do not accept it from UPS. If UPS has delivered the package damaged and you were not there to accept, please call UPS at: 1-800-742-5877 and have them come back and pick it up. If the product is defective, email us immediately at info@bestwhip.comand we will replace your order as soon as we receive the defective product.
